Visang announced on the 24th that it has signed an export agreement for its English education program ‘ELiF’ with Cambodia Millennium Education.
This marks the first export of ELiF to Cambodia, further solidifying Visang’s presence in the ASEAN market. The agreement is structured under a minimum guarantee model, securing revenue of over $500,000.
The Cambodian education company Millennium Education operates seven campuses of Pannasastra International School (PSIS), which provides K–12 education across the country. Over the next five years, Visang will serve as the exclusive provider of ELiF to PSIS.
ELiF is an interactive English learning program for elementary students, enabling real-time sharing and feedback between teachers and students. Visang also plans to integrate ELiF into its global education platform, AllviA CL (AllviA Connect Learning, ACL).
Visang’s ACL platform is a comprehensive global education system that integrates various EdTech features, including video conferencing, e-learning, a Learning Management System (LMS), and AI Speak 2.0. In particular, the English AI Speak 2.0 solution offers various AI-powered conversational scenarios linked to learning content, helping students review key vocabulary and expressions. It also features pronunciation assessment and open-topic conversation tools to support more effective English language learning.
Visang is currently active in seven ASEAN countries—including Cambodia, Vietnam, Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand—expanding the reach of its global education solutions.
Rho Joong-il, CEO of Visang Global Company, said, "Cambodia has maintained an impressive annual economic growth rate of over 7%, and while the government is actively promoting digital transformation in education, the actual adoption of digital tools in classrooms remains relatively low. By introducing Korea’s leading EdTech technologies to Cambodia, we hope to contribute to the country’s national priority of advancing ICT-based educational innovation."
